The Gin 

Considered to be one of the best gins in the world, Achroous is an intense, spicy Scottish Gin produced with a range of traditional and non-traditional botanicals. As pure as it comes, Achroous contains no fruit flavourings or added sugars.

Founded in 2014, The Electric Spirit Co. was the first distillery to be based in Leith in over 40 years. Originally based in the old James Dunbar Lemonade Factory, the team have recently relocated to a new facility which grants them increased production capacity.

Achroous Gin’s botanical profile includes juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, orris root and Sichuan pepper. Together this rich juniper-forward profile has won over the palates of gin drinkers the world over – it’s previously been named as one of the top 10 gins in the world!

Tasting Notes

On the nose, Achroous Gin is light with hints of citrus. To taste, it’s complex and earthy. To finish, expect a gentle spice.
