Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We ship orders throughout the UK and to over 20 European countries including Germany, France, Spain and Italy.

Q. What are your dispatch times?

A. Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. All orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. If the Monday is a bank holiday all orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

Q. What are your delivery times?

A. For UK orders we offer standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery generally takes 2-3 working days and express delivery is generally delivered the next working day. However, please note that depending on your location, some couriers are not able to offer a next day service. Orders being dispatched to Europe are usually delivered within 5 working days but can take up to 7 working days to arrive. 

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping for all UK orders over £100 in value. If the price of goods in your basket is over £100 then free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.

Q. Do I have to sign for my delivery?

A. All orders are sent by a trackable method and we always advise it is best to provide a delivery address where someone is available during the day to take delivery of the parcel. If noone is available for delivery then it may be delivered to a neighbour or an 'attempted delivery' card will be left. The card will advise how to arrange collection or redelivery of your parcel.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have an account with us you can also login into your account to find order history and tracking details.

Q. Can I add a gift message to my order?

A. We are happy to include a gift message with your order. Please add the message you'd like included in the message box at checkout and we'll make sure this is placed in the parcel for you.

Q. I'm sending as a gift, will the recipient see the price?

A. No, we do not include an invoices with the order so there will be no billing information received with the delivery. Your confirmation email contains the billing information and we advise keeping this for your records.

Q. What is the best way to contact you?

A. The best way to contact is by email on We always aim to reply to emails within 24 hrs (Monday-Friday).

Q. The product I'm looking for is out of stock, what can I do?

A. When dealing with hard to source items, sometimes we run out of stock. Simply click on the 'Email me when back in stock' button on the product detail page and enter your email address. As soon as the item becomes availabe you will be sent an email advising you the item is available to buy.

Q. How does the Scottish Gin Club work?

A. You can subscribe to our Scottish Gin Club to receive a delivery monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. With each delivery you will receive a bottle of Scottish craft gin (normally 70cl but occasionally it may be a 50cl), complementary tonics/mixers and tasting notes. The subscription club costs £40 per delivery. Deliveries for the subscriptions are made on the 15th of each month with the cutoff to receive that month's box on the 5th of the month.

A. Provenance is a key issue for us and we make sure we speak to all our suppliers directly to understand more about their business and how their products are made.
