Tasting Notes

The nose is a delightful combination of sweet notes including lemon meringue pie, pear skin, almonds and digestive biscuits. The complex palate has dried bananas, coconut shavings and butterscotch in background with carrot cake, treacle and freshly squeezed limes being more prominant. The finish is delicate with liquorice, mint and vanilla.

The perfect serve

Best served at room temperature, enjoy with a dash of water for a lighter drink or with whisky stones for a crisp, chilled sensation.

Meet the maker
