ABV: 43%  |  Location: Linlithgow

LinGin is a classic Scottish Dry Gin and is the first product released by Linlithgow Distillery - a new small-batch distillery from the West Lothian town.

LinGin has truly been crafted with the spirit of Linlithgow. Made using classic and locally foraged botanicals which have been handpicked from the around the loch, canal and meadows of the town.

The recipe was influenced and refined by a 100+ strong tasting panel of local residents and the town's unique skyline can be seen on the label design.

LinGin is made in a still named Gleann Iucha (the Gaelic name for Linlithgow) and will be made in batches of around 180 bottles.

Tasting Notes

LinGin is a classic juniper-led London Dry Gin with some secret botanicals from the local area.

The perfect serve

There are many different ways to enjoy LinGin but we recommend serving as a classic G&T with ice, a premium tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.

Meet the maker

Linlithgow Distillery was founded in March 2017 by Ross and Alyson Jamieson. After long careers in IT they wanted to move in a new direction. Both Ross and Alyson had dreamed of owning their own distillery and came up with the idea for Linlithgow Distillery one evening while enjoying some gin cocktails. Just 10 months after the distillery was formed, the first batch of LinGin was released.
