The Linkwood 9 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is the second ever release from Solasta Spirits - an independent whisky bottler based in Glasgow.

A limited release of only 104 bottles, the whisky was distilled at Linkwood Distillery in Speyside and has been matured in an ex-bourbon hoghshead cask.

Bottled at 51.5% ABV - non chill filtered and naturally coloured.

Tasting Notes

The Linkwood 9 Year Old has sweet and fruity notes of vanilla custard, freshly pressed pineapple juice and lemonade.

Meet the maker

Established in Glasgow, Solasta Spirits is an independent whisky bottling company founded by young people bonded by the love of whisky. The journey began in 2019 when they embarked on an adventure. The aim is to explore and unearth hidden treasures, bringing them to light for everyone, novice or connoisseur alike, to enjoy and savour. All of the single malts are bottled straight from the cask, without the use of chill filtration or artificial colouring. The bottles are transparent to let the malt shine its own light.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
