Hebridean Gin is the first spirits produced by Isle of Coll Distillery, a Hebridean island off Scotland's west coast. 

The recipe for the gin was developed with an accomplished chef who grew up on Coll. This provided in depth knowledge of the local botanicals which combine to make a smooth dry gin. 

Hebridean Gin captures the feeling of long summer evenings on the Isle of Coll where the land and sea are bathed in beautiful green and blue hues.

Featured Botanicals: heather, bog myrtle, sea kelp and star anise. 

Tasting Notes

Hebridean Gin is a classic juniper forward gin with a combination of maritime notes from sea kelp, sweet heather and a gentle exotic spice of cinnamon & star anise.

The perfect serve

Great when served neat, over ice or in a classic G&T. We'd recommend a light tonic and a garnished with a slice of orange.

Meet the maker

Isle of Coll Distillery, the Hebridean island's first legal distillery, is the brainchild of friends Andrew and Dougie. The pair spent many family holidays on the island and regularly discussed business ideas. The idea of a distillery came up and many years later a small distillery was built! The distillery houses a 50 litre still which allows spirits to be produced in small batches of around 80 bottles. There are 3 spirits in the range which include many locally handforaged botanicals.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
