Island Slice's Spiced Rum has been blended, aged and bottled in small batches in Dumbarton, Scotland.

Using a family recipe that was developed over 60 years ago Island Slice’s premium white rum has been delicately blended and infused with a number of specially selected spices.

The spiced rum is warming yet refreshing and can be enjoyed equally on a warm summer's night or a cold winter evening in front of the fire.

Meet the maker

Created and developed by Sylvester Herman, Island Slice brings a taste of the Caribbean to every glass. Sylvester left his home on the island of St. Lucia in 2000 and throughout his travels he found he was always missing the taste of home. He has since created Island Slice to make him feel that little bit closer to home every time he has a drink. The recipes used are traditional Caribbean recipes, some of which have been in the family for more than 60 years.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
