Holy Grass Cold Brew Coffee Vodka is a velvety smooth Scottish vodka with a vanilla finish.

Working with Ovenbird Coffee, the vodka contains ethically sourced coffee from farms across the globe which are roasted in Glasgow.

The vodka is distilled in Elizabeth, a traditional vapour infusion still, and it is then blended with the Ovenbird coffee beans. The lovely dark chocolate and vanilla notes of the beans are infused into the spirit.

Tasting Notes

On the nose you'll get dark chocolate mocha and smokey coffee. To taste, notes of dark chocolate and vanilla merge with hints of smoke and cocoa before a sweet finish with vanilla.

The perfect serve

Holy Grass Vodka makes the most perfect Espresso Martini. Shake 50ml vodka, 25ml sugar syrup with 35ml freshly made espresso and ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with coffee beans.

Meet the maker

Dunnet Bay Distillers was launched by husband and wife team Martin and Claire Murray and is the most northerly distillery on the UK mainland. The couple had a dream to return to Caithness to start their own business together which can be traced back to their university days. They moved home from France, built their own house and distillery which opened in 2014. The first copper pot still, Elizabeth, was installed and the recipe for their first release - Rock Rose Gin - was perfected and released in August 2014. Dunnet Bay Distillers won the Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year at the Scottish Gin Awards in 2019 and has picked up multiple awards for their gins and vodkas.
