The Lochlea - Ploughing Edition First Crop is the fourth of four annual bottlings, each with a different theme based what is happening on the farm during the four seasons.

The Lochlea - Ploughing Edition First Crop marks the connection between Lochlea Farm and Scottish poet Robert Burns, who lived and worked on the farm from 1777-1784.

The first peated single malt from Lochlea, Ploughing Edition is matured in ex-Islay casks (a combination of barrels and quarters) so it has a wee bit of peat influence.

Naturally coloured and non-chill filtered.
