Every bottle is certified organic, made in the 100% renewable energy distillery and bottled in a 100% recycled glass bottle - a first for the UK spirits industry.

Nc'nean - Organic Single Malt Whisky is a whisky of great depth. It's matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels to develop the signature body and fruity sweetness. Non-chill filtered and not coloured.

Tasting Notes

The nose has initial hits of grass with hints of the forest floor before fruitier notes develop. The palate has rich apricot with peach, vanilla, anise and an oak spiciness before a malty finish with a touch of mint leaf.

The perfect serve

Serve however you want! The team at Nc'nean recommend a Whisky Six: 2 parts Nc’nean to 4 parts Soda Water over plenty of ice, topped with a sprig of fresh mint.

Meet the maker

Nc'nean Distillery is based on the west coast of Scotland and was started by Annabel Thomas in 2013 when she left her job in London to raise funds to open the sustainable distillery. Distilling started in 2017. The distillrey exists to create experimental spirits and pioneer sustainable production. The team at Nc'nean Distillery believe it is their responsibility to constantly improve their impact on this earth in terms of carbon footprint, pollution and biodiversity. They use organic Scottish barley in a distillery powered by renewable energy and recycle 99.97% of their waste. The whisky is also bottled in bottles made from 100% recycled glass - a first for the UK spirits industry.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
