Seven Crofts - Fisherman's Strength Gin is produced by the team at Highland Liquor Co., and is the navy strength bottling of the award-winning Seven Crofts Gin.

Clean, fresh and juniper forward Seven Crofts Fisherman's Strength is distilled using a total of seven botanicals including pink peppercorn, cubeb and fresh lemon peel. The perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood.

Distilled in a small copper alembic still in the North West Highlands, the name refers to the seven dwellings, which back in 1791, established the village of Ullapool.

Tasting Notes

Juniper-led with notes of the forest floor combined with sweet and spicy tones from ripe blueberry, cracked black pepper, pink pepper and coriander.

The perfect serve

We recommend Fisherman's Strength served with lots of ice, a good quality neutral tonic (1:2 gin to tonic ratio) and garnish with a slice or twist of orange.

Meet the maker

Based in their adopted home of Ullapool in the north west Highlands, the Highland Liquor Co. is the brainchild of Helen Chalmers and Robert Hicks. The Highland Liquor Co. is the first legal distillery in this remote corner of Scotland and they create exceptional, handmade spirits. Helen and Robert released their Experimental Series before launching their flagship Seven Crofts Gin in 2019. The team plan to grow the distillery to start producing whisky too.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
