Founded by Hugo Morrisey, Nuisance is an Edinburgh-based drinks business creating premium, intriguing and unique botanical-based soda mixers; offering alternatives to the tonic market whilst also providing exciting alcohol-free options. The inspiration came from the Cotswolds when Hugo and his mother spent summers picking nettles to make a refreshing nettle cordial. Hugo's goal was to champion and celebrate the great outdoors and the ingredients so often found on our doorstep. Nuisance work with only the best naturally sourced ingredients to create drinks that will both stand up on their own or complement the finest spirits in the world!
