Highland Liquor Co
Based in their adopted home of Ullapool in the north west Highlands, the Highland Liquor Co. is the brainchild of Helen Chalmers and Robert Hicks. The village of Ullapool grew from the 1788 fishing station planned on the shores of Loch Broom. The original settlement included a boat builder, a rope maker, a cooper, a blacksmith, a fish curer and a mason. Several of these crafts have survived to this day and have been joined by companies like the Highland Liquor Co. - the first legal distillery in this remote corner of Scotland and the creators of exceptional, handmade spirits. Helen and Robert released their Experimental Series before launching their flagship Seven Crofts Gin in 2019.
