Tasting Notes

On the nose there are notes of fresh orchard fruit, orange zest, heather and honey combined with malt and vanilla notes. To taste, there is plenty of spice, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. The orchard fruit and malt notes from the nose continue, providing balance and character. The finish has sweet salted caramel, toffee and drying peat prolong to round off this signature malt.

The perfect serve

Best served at room temperature, enjoy however you serve your malt, neat, on the rocks or with a dash of water.
