Cushiedoos Tonic Water
Cushiedoos is the brainchild of Andrew Ligertwood and was born during a romantic break in the Scottish highlands with his wife Gilly. Everything on the menu was Scottish, except the tonic water which was served with their gins and from that moment on Andrew knew he wanted to create a premium Scottish tonic water made with locally sourced botanicals and highland spring water. Cushiedoos is the most natural tonic you will find and contains no quinine, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. The name was inspired by the sound of wood pigeons in the trees above Andrew & Gilly's garden. Gilly stated that wood pigeons partner for life, like gin and tonic!
