The Vesperis Heather Honey Vodka is a Scottish twist on a polish classic and is made using using local heather honey sourced from Udny Provender.

Heather honey was chosen as the primary botanical as the area around the distillery has a long history with honey and its presences predates the Scots arrival there.

Every bottle of Vesperis has been distilled on site using the pioneering iStill before being bottled, labelled and waxed by hand. The bottles are then signed by the head distiller showing the batch and bottle number.

Tasting Notes

Incredibly smooth, the vodka has the subtle sweetness and floral notes from the honey with the heather blossom giving a wonderful finish.

The perfect serve

Perfect sipped neat over ice with a slice of root ginger. Alternatively, serve with a splash of lime juice topped with ginger ale.

Meet the maker

Launched by Neil and Katie Sime, Blackford Craft Distillery is a family run, micro distillery based out of a 19th century steading in Blackford, near Rothienorman, that produces premium, handcrafted, small batch spirits, which are inspired by the local landscape and Aberdeenshire’s prehistoric past. The family is involved in every aspect of the distillation process from selecting ingredients to hand labelling and waxing every bottle.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
