The first relase in Biggar’s Rum Series is the Asian Spiced Recipe. Spiced with warming notes from szechuan pepper, all spice and cloves amongst other botanicals, this rum makes for a great winter warming serve. Blend in Biggar’s our own Scottish white rum with a white Caribbean rum before spicing with 6 different asian inspired ingredients.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh lime leaf and floral rose petals mingle with the distinctive tingle of Szechuan pepper and a hint of allspice.
Palate: A vibrant burst of Szechuan pepper introduces a spicy warmth, balanced by zesty lime leaf, subtle rose, and the earthy note of samphire.
Finish: Warm spice from the Szechuan pepper endures, leading to a clean, slightly dry aftertaste that beckons for another taste.
Perfect serve: Serve with ice or with a mixer. We recomend been serving this with some Mexican lime soda water.
