Pixel Spirits is a Scottish gin and rum distillery set in the scenic grounds of Loch Leven Hotel in North Ballachulish, West Highlands. Founded by a husband and wife team, Craig & Noru Innes, the distillery has been self converted from a traditional A-frame barn, with the help of various friends and family members! 

This month's Scottish Gin Club box included the Drookit House 70cl gin, a tote bag, branded ballon, GinPin Pin & Cork set, and 4x Bon Accord Original Tonic's!

The latest addition to Pixel Spirit’s Signature Range. Released in 2022, This beautiful dry gin features Highland botanicals such as tangy rowan berries, calming heather, nectareous silver birch sap, creamy rosehip, herbal nettle and the perfect hint of zesty grapefruit and pungent pink pepper.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Tart autumnal robust fragrant berries. Hints of rose and spicy aromatic undertones, lifted by zesty cirus.

Palate: Juniper lead, a lovely pink grapefruit note dances on the front of pallet, followed by a smooth, creamy and herbal yet somewhat jam like full body.

Finish: Decadent Dry finish with tart berry and alluring peppery notes, even when consumed with a sweeter tonic or mixer.

Perfect serve: Enjoy with Elderflower tonic and grapefruit peel, or if in season, locally forgaed wild berries. Alternatively, as part of an Elderflower Collins Cocktail when the mood takes your fancy!
