Highball Cocktails are a collection of delicious, natural, alcohol-free drinks with less than half the calories of a standard cocktail. The drinks are ready-to-drink interpretations of classic cocktails that people already know and love.

Classic G&T

The classic Gin & Tonic in a Highball glass is a time-honoured favourite. We have masterfully mixed the aroma and flavour notes of juniper with a unique blend of botanicals to deliver thirst-quenching freshness, with quinine bite.

Perfect Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh lemon or lime.

Pink G&T

Pink G&Ts burst with fruit flavour. With naturally blended raspberry and lavender complementing the traditional juniper, our Highball Pink G&T has the freshness and bite of the Classic with the colour and gentle sweetness of the perfect summer drink; positively alcohol free.

Perfect Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.

Italian Spritz

Aperol Spritz has been an Italian cocktail favourite in the bars of Venice for over 200 years. Our handcrafted Highball Spritz with Italian bitters and luscious orange delivers the perfect bitter-sweetness of the original with sophistication and style; positively alcohol free.

Perfect Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with a slice of blood orange.

Mojito

A Mojito of rum, lime and muddled mint is the traditional Cuban cocktail. Our Highball Mojito uses Agave nectar for natural sweetness, combined with delicious tangy citrus from fresh lime, and a warm rum flavour for a long and sophisticated cocktail; positively alcohol free.

Perfect Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with lime and a sprig of fresh mint.

Cosmopolitan

The famous Cosmopolitan of vodka, triple-sec, cranberry and lime is a perfect anytime Highball. Our handcrafted cocktail uses Agave nectar to deliver the smooth, sweet yet tart Cosmo flavour, sophisticated and uplifting in equal measure; positively alcohol free.

Perfect Serve: Serve straight up and garnish with orange peel.

Ginger Dram

Whisky & Ginger is a timeless Highball classic — a day and night favourite. Our Ginger Dram delivers all the zest and warmth of the original — ginger, spice and orange notes pairing perfectly with the sophisticated, rich flavour of good quality whisky; positively alcohol free.

Margarita 

The ultimate tequila cocktail, the Margarita is a mixture of rich spicy tequila, tart lime, sweet, citrussy orange liqueur and a savoury salt rim. The hand crafted Highball Margarita uses natural agave to create the authentic tequila character, fresh lime for a tangy citrus burst and luscious orange to give a sweet contrast. A sharp, sophisticated and refreshing cocktail. Positively alcohol free.
