A small-batch Scottish gin from Orkney, Deerness Distillery - Sea Glass Gin is an award winning spirit with notes of warm spices, citrus and juniper.

Made in a traditional alembic copper still with a reflux column to refine the process, Sea Glass Gin is a truly handcrafted spirit, each bottle is filled, corked, sealed and signed by hand.

Tasting Notes

Sea Glass Gin takes you on a sensory journey through warm juniper spice, floral lavender tones, citrus notes from lemon verbena and orange, followed by a fresh cucumber mint finish.

The perfect serve

We recommend serving Sea Glass Gin over ice mixed with a premium tonic and fresh blueberries. However, it also goes well with lemon, kiwi fruit, pink grapefruit or fresh mint.

Meet the maker

Stuart and Adelle Brown - a husband and wife team - turned their dream into reality when they moved from Australia and opened the first new distillery on Orkney for over 130 years. The small distillery was designed and built by Stuart and Adelle with a little help from family, friends and neighbours close to their family home on the East Mainland of Orkney. The production process at Deerness Distillery is carried out entirely by hand.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
