Tasting Notes

The Battle Strength Gin offers a powerful combination of juniper and fresh, spicy herbs. Sharp notes of citrus add an oily backbone and the nettles follow through for a complex, smooth finish.

The perfect serve

We recommend serving over ice with a classic tonic water and garnished with basil leaves and orange peel. The higher strength also lends itself to the base for a classic Martini.

Meet the maker

Stirling Distillery was launched by husband and wife Cameron and June McCann. Their journey began when they ran the ran the highly regarded Stirling Gin Festival in 2014. However, there was one thing missing - a gin from Stirling using local botanicals. In October 2015 they distilled their first bottle of Stirling Gin. Production quickly increased and 4 years later the couple opened the city's first legal distillery in The Old Smiddy - a historic building in the shadow of Stirling Castle.
