Tayport Distillery - Scots Pine Gin is an award-winning bold and punchy gin that has a distinctively winter spiced and Christmas feel.

Made using locally foraged pine needles from the Tentsmuir Forest, the botanical recipe for the Scots Pine Gin includes juniper, coriander, cinnamon, almond, orange peel, angelica and cardamom.

It smells like the forest and one sip will give you the feeling of sitting in front of the fire on a winter night.

Tasting Notes

The gin opens with a hit of juniper and pine before a subtle sweetness and a gentle heat of cinnamon. The finish is full of pine which lingers at the back of the throat.

The perfect serve

We think it's best served as a G&G with ice, ginger ale and a slice of orange. If you want some extra winter flavour then add a cinnamon stick too.

Meet the maker

Founded by Kecia McDougall, the story of Tayport Distillery began in the apple orchards of Ohio before continuing in the berry fields of Fife. Inspired by a combination of the tales of old Ohian moonshiners and today's micro-distillers, Kecia took the plunge to create a Scottish twist on a traditional European drink known as Eau de Vie. The 'grain to glass' spirits are made in small batches, with no added sugars - any sweetness comes naturally from the locally sourced fruit.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
