Wester Chocolate Rum is an indulgent pot distilled rum infused with Dominican cocoa husks, sourced from a local bean to bar chocolatier.

Produced in small batches at a distillery in the heart of the west end of Glasgow, this is a rich rum with a moreish depth of flavour.

Wester Chocolate Rum is suitable for vegans and gluten free.

Expect rich dark cocoa flavours with bitter chocolate notes.

Perfect for sipping over ice, enjoy with your favourite mixer or served in a cocktail. The chocolate flavour lends itself perfectly to a White Russian.

Meet the maker

Named after the Wester Sugar House Company, a sugar refinery and rum maker in Glasgow in 1667, The Wester Spirit Co was found by two Glaswegian school friends. The spices used to make Wester Spiced Rum were chosen by their friends during a focus group. Production began in Perthshire while Wester looked for a permanent home in Glasgow and in late 2018 they moved production to their own distillery in Partick in the west end of Glasgow.

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
