Aromas of orange peel, chocolate and vanilla. A smooth palate with sweetness and firm tannins from quinquina bark and layers of orange zest, dark chocolate, and vanilla. The finish is long-lasting with lingering notes of citrus, chocolate, and a touch of vanilla.

Meet the maker

In 1830, Dr. Adémar Juppet developed an aperitif from Quinquina and wine. After long nights perfecting the recipe, his eyesight began to fail. Praying to Archangel Raphaël for help, his vision was restored, allowing him to complete his elixir, which he named St. Raphaël in gratitude.
