Pickering's Navy Strength Scottish Gin is bottled at 57.1% for a punchier gin that brings out the sweeter botanicals in the Bombay recipe such as cardamom, anise and fennel.

Pickering's is an extremely smooth and flavoursome craft gin that is distilled using a 500 litre copper still named Gert.

The Navy Strength Gin was released to celebrate becoming the official gin of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

Tasting Notes

A smooth, clean and powerful gin with a gentle heat and sweet notes from cardamom, fennel and anise. The finish is crisp, sweet and refreshing.

The perfect serve

We think the Navy Strength Gin is best served over ice with a quality tonic water and a wedge of lime. Given its strength, it also makes a great cocktail gin - the perfect base for a martini!

Meet the maker

Based in Summerhall, Edinburgh, Pickering's is the first exclusive gin distillery in the city for over 150 years. The distillery is build on the site of the Old Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
