The Limited Edition Struan the Stag is the second in the range of Kinrara Artist Editions by Kat Baxter. Each bottle has been individually numbered and signed.

Kinrara Scottish Highland Dry Gin is distilled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park using 8 botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, orange, lemon and liquorice root.

With the recipe being perfected in 'Wee Alice', a fifty litre Hoga copper pot still, production of Kinrara Gin takes place in 2 100-litre stills before it is cut with water filtered through the Cairngorm Mountains.

Tasting Notes

On the nose there are notes of juniper, fragrant cardamom and coriander seed with prominent notes of fresh grapefruit. To taste, it's bold and fruity with warming ginger and sweet orange. The finish long and warm with a gentle spice, pink grapefruit and subtle hints of cool anise.

The perfect serve

Best enjoyed over ice with a quality tonic and finished off with a sliver of grapefruit peel.
