Handcrafted in small batches, the Gorse Gin from Isle of Bute Gin Co. is made using gorse blossom which is handpicked on the west coast island.

The gorse is mixed with a selection of other botanicals from around the globe to create a delicate floral gin which is perfect for a refreshing G&T on a summers day.

Tasting Notes

The handpicked gorse and classic botanicals give this gin a delicate coconut and vanilla aroma backed up with a distinct pine and juniper flavour.

The perfect serve

Serve as a classic G&T with a quality light tonic. Finish with a wedge of lemon or some freshly picked brambles for a more authentic Scottish island feel. If you like a cocktail we recommend the Gorse Collins with rose wine, lemon juice, soda and a slice of pink grapefruit.

Meet the maker

Head distiller Simon Tardivel has worked all over the world as a multi-award-winning brewer and alcohol expert, before falling in love with the Isle of Bute while living there. Simon claims that the landscape has been the driving force behind these small batch gins.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
