Linlithgow Distillery - Four Marys Bonny Bramble Gin was the second expression to be released in the series of Four Marys gins from Linlithgow Distillery.

The flavour and colouring all come naturally from the botanicals and distillation process, with no flavours added to the gin during production.

The Four Marys series are named after Mary Queen of Scots four ladies in waiting with Mary Livingston featuring on the label for the Bonny Bramble edition. Mary Livingston was full of spirit and joyous in her approach to life. A skilled horsewoman, she would ride, hunt and hawk with Mary and her nobles - indulging in her passion for the outdoors.

Botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, raspberry leaves, Scottish brambles.

Tasting Notes

Distilled with fresh raspberry leaves and Scottish brambles, the gin imparts a rounded, fresh fruity taste and aroma.

The perfect serve

Perfect as a flavoured G&T or as the basis for a fruity cocktail or mixed with fizzy wine such as Prosecco to get a long summer drink. If enjoying as a G&T we'd recommend 1 part gin to 2 parts elderflower tonic and finished off with fresh raspberries, brambles & fresh mint.

Meet the maker

Linlithgow Distillery was founded in March 2017 by Ross and Alyson Jamieson. After long careers in IT they wanted to move in a new direction. Both Ross and Alyson had dreamed of owning their own distillery and came up with the idea for Linlithgow Distillery one evening while enjoying some gin cocktails. Just 10 months after the distillery was formed, the first batch of LinGin was released.
