A single batch release, the Summer Gin is the third release in our Editions Series and has been developed in collaboration with The Biggar Gin Co. 

It's a light, fresh summer London Dry Gin packed with botanicals including juniper, coriander, lemon peel, pink peppercorn, cassia bark, orris root, fresh lime peel and Corsican mint.

Our team were involved in every step of the development including recipe design and taste testing!

Limited by stock and as a single batch release it will not be made again.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, Editions Series Summer Gin is a sharp and fresh gin. To taste, expect an earthy citrus palate and to finish, a gentle bitter kick.

The perfect serve

Serve over ice, with a premium tonic, a slice of fresh or dried lime and a sprig of fresh mint to garnish.

Meet the maker

The Editions Series is a range of single batch Scottish gins which are made by different distilleries from around Scotland. The gins have been developed for our Scottish Gin Club members with a very limited number of bottles available to buy after the members have received their deliveries. Just two gins will be added to the collection each year. The first release was developed in collaboration with Linlithgow Distillery and released in June 2021. The third, released in July 2022 was developed in collaboration with The Biggar Gin Co.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
