Handcrafted at the world’s northernmost distillery in Arctic Norway, at 69 °N.

This single malt whisky is made using Nordic barley which is distilled in an extremely hi-tech still, mixed with glacial meltwate. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and virgin casks made from French oak, Chinquapin oak, Colombian oak and American oak.

It was allowed to mature in an old, underground NATO storage, as well as a modern viking longhouse. The temperature variations are vast, with an average, yearly temperature of only 0,6 °C.

Meet the maker

Aurora Spirit has established a unique distillery that attracts international attention with its spectacular location. The distillery is situated far beyond the Arctic Circle in Norway. The Lyngen Alps, the fjord, the northern lights and the Arctic wilderness provide an excellent setting for making whisky and other alcohol products under the brand name Bivrost. The products are based on local herbs, berries and melted glacier water. Aurora Spirit Distillery has an award winning visitor centre which offers guided tours for visitors.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
