57° Skye Earth + Sea Gin is an exceptionally well balanced juniper forward gin with fresh citrus sweetness, slight notes of pepper and umami.

57° Skye Earth + Sea Gin is created with botanicals from the earth & sea including botanicals local to the Isle of Skye and its surrounding area.

Botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, citrus, heather, ginger root, almond, pink pepper.

Tasting Notes

The nose is full bodied with juniper, citrus, pine and a hint of sweet liquorice. To taste, flavours of redcurrants give way to earthy spice reminiscent of fragrant sichuan peppers. Floral heather and lavender notes open up as a touch of aniseed and menthol coat the mouth. The finish is long and starts sweet before some gentle spice.

The perfect serve

We highly recommend serving the 57° Skye Earth + Sea as a classic G&T over ice and finished with a slice of pink grapefruit and sichuan pepper.

Meet the maker

Launched in early 2022, Isle of Skye Ltd was founded by a group of friends who combine local knowledge, experience living on the island and years in the alcohol industry. The distillery and visitor centre will be based in Broadford, at the foot of Beinn na Caillich. The team have enlisted the help of two distillers who again combine local knowledge with vast experience of distilling. The flagship range, 57° Skye Earth + Sea Gin, celebrates the fertile land and seas surrounding the island. The team are proud to create spirits on Skye, by locals, using local ingredients.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
