Lussa Gin (70 cl)
ABV: 42% | Location: Ardlussa, Isle of Jura
Lussa Gin is a Scottish coastal gin that is an expression of the landscape on the Isle of Jura off Scotland's wild west coast.
The gin is made using 15 local botanicals which are grown, gathered and distilled by the three women behind Lussa Gin before combining them with spring water from the Lussa Glen.
Traditional botanicals are combined with botanicals including roses, lemon balm, sea lettuce, watermint and Scots pine. Lemon thyme is also prominent.
Lussa distil, bottle and label by hand and each bottle is finished with a tweed collar. The tweed comes from Ardlussa Estate and is made on the neighbouring island at the Islay Woollen Mill.
