Lenzie Gin is a new take on a classic London Dry gin that was crafted to celebrate the town of Lenzie on the outskirts of Glasgow.

Traditional botanicals are distilled along with bilberries and cranberries, both of which grow locally on the popular Lenzie Moss nature reserve. Lenzie Gin will leave a dry, lasting impression.

The label was designed by owner Sue and includes the iconic Queen’s Building, which houses the Billington’s shop and the illustration highlights the berries used in distillation.

Tasting Notes

On the nose you'll get notes of floral berry along with the juniper. To taste, Lenzie Gin is sweet on the tongue with a punch of juniper and lasting fresh berry delivered to the finish.

The perfect serve

We recommend over ice in a classic G&T. Our favourites are elderflower tonic or Cushiedoos Tonic Water. To garnish, add some freeze dried cranberries.

Meet the maker

Launched in June 2018, Lenzie Gin was created by Mark and Sue Billington - owners of the multi-award winning shop Billington's of Lenzie. The idea to create a gin to represent the town was born from the shop's gin club and their love of gin and the complexity of botanicals. After seeking assistance from local group 'The Friends of Lenzie Moss', local botanicals were chosen before the recipe was developed with the help of Lewis at Distillutions in Arbroath, where the gin is now distilled.
