Forever Fresh Gin is the third expression to be released in the series of Four Marys gins by Linlithgow Distillery.

The gin is a refreshing combination of classic botanicals such as juniper and coriander with eucalyptus leaves, peppermint and lemon verbena for a cool, fresh gin that leaves the palate feeling wonderfully clean.

The addition of butterfly pea flowers give Forever Fresh its vibrant blue colour and makes it change to a delicate pink when tonic is added.

The Four Marys series are named after Mary Queen of Scots 4 ladies in waiting. Forever Fresh is based on the story of Mary Beaton. Mary Beaton was forever faithful to her Queen until the day she died. However, when the Queen died she changed her life around completely and she became a nun. A colour-changing gin seemed fitting for the transformation in Mary Beaton's life.

Tasting Notes

Big hits of juniper and eucalyptus will give way to subtle undertones of lemon verbena and lemon balm before you'll get a hint of cool, fresh peppermint. The palate will be left feeling cleansed and fresh.

The perfect serve

We recommend the Forever Fresh over ice, topped with a classic premium tonic and garnished with a good wedge of lime

Meet the maker

Linlithgow Distillery was founded in March 2017 by Ross and Alyson Jamieson. After long careers in IT they wanted to move in a new direction. Both Ross and Alyson had dreamed of owning their own distillery and came up with the idea for Linlithgow Distillery one evening while enjoying some gin cocktails. Just 10 months after the distillery was formed, the first batch of LinGin was released.
