Tasting Notes

Soft juniper, lemon drops, orange ice lollies and rosehip syrup hit your nose. To taste, bright citrus combine with notes of pine forest, birch bark and gentle spice before a warm, dry finish with subtle hints of rose petals.

The perfect serve

Best enjoyed over ice with a quality tonic and finished with juniper berries, a twist of your favourite citrus peel.

Meet the maker

Established in late 2017 by Stuart McMillan, Kinrara Distillery is based on the 12500 acre Kinrara Estate just outside Aviemore. The distillery is situated in a 250 year farm steading that has been converted to give it a new lease of life. The spirits produced contain locally foraged flora and fauna that is found on the estate, making the spirits unique.
