Purist Gin is an exceptionally smooth Scottish gin with an amazing depth of flavour. Purist Gin Glasgow Special Edition is the same refined spirit, with a unique bottle artwork created by Molly Sellers.

Distilled in Arbroath with botanicals sourced Italy, Japan and Turkey, the spirit is then cut with pure Scottish mountain water sourced from Glen Isla.

Purist Gin was born with art in mind, with independent artists providing artwork for each subsequent batch of spirit. Artists benefit from each and every bottle sold.

Tasting Notes

A delicate balance of sweet cranberry and tart yuzu for a smooth gin with a depth of flavour. Chinese cassia and Turkish cinnamon add a little spice.

The perfect serve

Best served over ice and perfect for sipping. If making a classic G&T we recommend with a classic tonic and a wedge of juicy grapefruit.

Meet the maker

Purist Gin was launched in June 2020 by Bruce Walker with the mentorship of his parents. Bruce has always had an interest in business and started making small batches of fruity compound gins with his mother at 16. After leaving school, travelling and working in hospitality, Bruce found himself working at an award-winning distillery learning how to make quality gin. After teaming up with a distiller in Arbroath, Bruce started offering a service to allow pubs, bars and restaurants to create their own gins. Unfortunately the COVID-19 outbreak put paid to this venture and Purist Gin was born!
