Using a combination of 9 botanicals and the freshest water from the River Spey, Cairngorm Gin is a premium Scottish dry gin which is made in batches of no more than 70 bottles in the stunning Cairngorm National Park.

The finest juniper, cloudberries, elderflower and Caledonian pine are partnered with coriander seed, orris root, sweet orange peel, angelica and kaffir lime to create this wonderfully refreshing aromatic gin.

The key botanicals of Caledonian pine, elderflower, juniper berries and rare amber coloured cloudberry thrive in the unique alpine climate of the Cairngorm Plateau and the lush valley below.

Each bottle of Cairngorm Gin is hand written with the bottle number, batch code and year of production.

Tasting Notes

On the nose you'll get floral, fruity notes from the pine, heather, citrus and sweet orange. To taste, Cairngorm Gin is a refreshing dry gin with earthy undertones combined with sweet citrus and floral pine.

The perfect serve

The team at Cairngorm Gin say 'each to their own' when it comes to enjoying their gin. Our favourite serve is over ice with a premium tonic, a slice of green apple, a raspberry and blackberry.

Meet the maker

Launched in November 2019 by Jack Smith, Cairngorm Gin Company operate from one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland which is nestled in the heart of Cairngorm National Park, around 30 miles south of Inverness. The gin is made in batches of around 70 bottles in Ginger - a 50 litre copper pot still which is named after Jack's late Grandfather (a man very partial to a G&T!). All distillation, bottling and labelling is done by Jack and his family.
