Crossbill Gin is distilled in Glasgow, using only two Scottish botanicals - both of which are handpicked the Highlands.

The botanicals are then cut with crystal clear Speyside water to give a refined yet bold gin with unequalled freshness - a true celebration of native Highland botanicals.

Named after the Scottish Crossbill, a small bird found in the pine forests in the Scottish Highlands, each bottled numbered with the batch & bottle number and has been signed by the distiller.

Botanicals: juniper, rosehip.

Tasting Notes

Crossbill Dry Gin is juniper led with bundles of fresh pine notes evocative of the pine forests where juniper has grown for centuries. The pine notes are kept in check by the sweet, fruity rosehip.

The perfect serve

Best served as a classic G&T with ice, a premium tonic, a slither of orange peel and a sprig of rosemary. Alternatively, a juicy wedge of lime works just as well.

Meet the maker

Jonathan, Crossbill’s founder, was determined to revive Scotland’s juniper production, a tradition that died about 200 years ago. He worked with the Forestry Commission and PlantLife.org to grow a sustainable source of Scottish juniper, allowing Crossbill gin to be born. From its home in the Highlands, Crossbill has recently moved to a purpose built facility near the Barrowlands in the east of Glasgow. This move has facilitated an increase in the size of batches produced as well as opening a Gin School.
