Isle of Raasay - Single Malt Whisky
Made using mineral-rich water from the distillery well, the Raasay Single Malt is a combination of the distillery's peated and unpeated spirit which has been matured in a trio of casks - first-fill rye bourbon, virgin Chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine. The result is a lightly peated malt, inspired by the older styles of Hebridean Island single malts.
Naturally coloured and non-chill filtered.
Every drop of spirit has been distilled, matured and bottled on Raasay - an island in the Inner Hebrides with a population of 161.
